Change of trade name of our Dutch subsidiary and transfer of the French subsidiary's business to it
CMC XMANICOM has decided to restructure its European subsidiaries as follows, with effect from July 1.
- Change of trade name
- Maruboshi Europe B.V.
→ CMC Group Europe B.V.
The aim is to build broad awareness of our group's products and services among major customers in Europe and to expand the business. - Business transfer
- Maruboshi Europe E.U.R.L.
→ business transferred to CMC Group Europe B.V.
The aim is to improve operational efficiency and establish a stronger business foundation.
