Regarding the restructuring of the Maruboshi Thailand business
CMC XMANICOM has decided on the following change to its structure in Asia, so that we can make even greater use of group synergies and provide our customers with a broad range of services more efficiently.
- Merger
- Effective July 1, our Thai base Maruboshi Thailand will be merged with CMC Thailand, also based in Thailand, to form CMC Group Asia
